Deadpool Movie Review Starring Ryan Reynolds

Image
Hey guys, So this weekend has been a very interesting and eventful one for me. On Friday night I went to the Pacific Theatre at G rove with the guy I was dating and two of his friends. I think we all forgot how much traffic there was going to be because of the Oscars but luckily I got there early enough unlike the guy I was going with and his friend who ended up walking into the movie theatre nearly forty five minutes late. The good thing was his other friend was already sitting in the movie theatre and had saved us seats so I went and sat with him while we waited for others. I felt a little bit like we were on an awkward tinder date or something since all I had was a photo of him which I was sent so that I could find him in the dark auditorium. After walking up and down the movie theatre steps looking for the seats I finally found him right in the middle. I was a little worried that the other two were not going to turn up or get into the movie and I was going to end up on what felt ...

Mr Grey's sexual fantasies are revealed to Miss Steele in a binding contract. But is Anastasia ready to share his provocative secret with him?  The movie is directed by  Sam Taylor-Johnson  and stars Dakota Johnson as Anastasia Steele and Jamie Dornan  as Christian Grey.  In this review will display a combination of positive and negative as...

EXPELLED REVIEW- Starring Cameron Dallas & Marcus Johns

Image
Good Day my Lovelies,  So today I'm going to be reviewing the movie Expelled, directed by Alex Goyette. The movie follows the journey of prankster and troublemaker teenager Felix, played by popular Viner Cameron Dallas . When Felix gets expelled from school he decides he needs to hatch a plan to avoid his parents finding out.  Cameron is joined by fellow Viner star Marcus Johns , who plays the role of Ben, Felix's brother.  Looking at the trailer for Expelled on Netflix I wasn't entirely swayed by the quality of the movie or the storyline. Regardless of this I thought I'd give it try considering I had watched nearly everything on Netflix already.  From the first scene I could already determine the type of movie this was going to be. It was very much aimed at the younger audience, especially around the tweenage to teenage years.  First for the negatives- I wasn't too keen on the way the lead character Felix was involving the audience so much...

TAKEN 3- REVIEW

Image
Hey guys, So this evening I will be reviewing 'Taken 3' directed by  Olivier Megaton . I'm pretty excited about this review today as I've been waiting to do this ever since I saw the advertisement two months ago. I've always been a little sceptical when film companies produce sequels because I always tend to find them a disappointment. They are never as good as the first ones and usually start a whole new story, with a different cast. I expect a  sequel to be a follow on from the first movie, so the audience get to find out 'what happened next'.  This was originally my thought when I went to see Taken 2 and I was pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoyed it. After enjoying both Taken and Taken 2, I couldn't wait to see what was in store for me in the third movie.  It did take me a while to finally getting round to watch this, but once I did, I was left intrigued and wanting more.  The movie follows the same idea as both the previous film...

OUIJA FILM REVIEW 2014

Image
Hello beautiful people,  So my next review, which is actually going to be on time for once is for the latest horror film 'Ouija' 2014 directed by Stiles White. My best friend Robyn and I are definitely horror film fans if you haven't already realised, so we were pretty excited by the amount of horrors that were out recently due to Halloween. On Halloween we decided to make a deal that we would go and see every single one and I will be most definitely reviewing all of them. The next on our list will be 'The Babadook', but for now on with my review of 'Ouija'. For people who haven't seen the film yet or who have never heard of it, I'll give you a brief synopsis. A teenagers fascination with the spirit world turns sour, when she connects with a malicious spirit through the Ouija board, which ends with her death. Her devastated best friend Laine Morris played by actress Olivia Cooke, senses that something is not right and goes on a mission to find out ...

ANNABELLE 2014 FILM REVIEW

Image
Hey guys, Today I'm going to be reviewing the latest horror film 'Annabelle' . For people who haven't seen it and are thinking of going, I'll give you a brief synopsis, without spoiling too much. The 2014 film which was directed by John R Leonetti is a spin-off from the 2013 film 'The Conjuring'. It is based around the story of a doll that has been possessed by a spirit named Annabelle and has a taken a shining to it. Annabelle is using the doll as a way of connecting with a young couple in order to try and sacrifice a living soul. I've always been a massive horror film fanatic. I just love the idea of not knowing what will happen next and the thrill of feeling nervous and excited all at the same time. It's such an adrenaline rush. I've also said that my dream acting role would be to perform in a horror film. Every time I watch a horror I usually try and scare my family and friends by jumping out at them when they're in the bathroom or fright...

FILM REVIEW- WALKING ON SUNSHINE

Image
I know this review is way overdue, but here it is. I will be reviewing the British film ‘Walking on Sunshine’ directed by Dania Paquini and Max Giwa . Going to the cinemas is something that I love doing so when the 2014 film ‘Walking on Sunshine’ came out my sister insisted we go and see it. The film had been categorised as a ‘British version on Mamma Mia’. I’ve always been a little unsure about British films, which I guess is kind of ironic considering I’m a British Actress but for some reason or another they always seem quite low budget and just cant reach the same standard as Hollywood. My sister was very eager to see the film so I thought why not; I had nothing else to do and maybe this film would change my expectation of British films. So we headed off to Harlow Cineworld with our orange Wednesday discount to watch the film. The first thing that grabbed my attention was the cast list. I was quite surprised to see such a random mix of people in one film. I was mostly shocke...
