The Choice Premiere and Review

Image
Hey guys, I hope that you all had a good weekend and enjoying the rest of your week. So, on Monday night I went to the premiere and after party for the new movie  The Choice directed by Ross Katz. The red carpet event took place at the Arclight Cinema on Sunset Blvd in Hollywood.  It was a bit of a last minute invite so after rushing around like a headless chicken trying to get ready, I ended up ripping my dress. I was already running slightly behind, so this just added to my crazy rush. The red carpet was at six thirty just before the movie was due to start at seven thirty and I did not want to be late. After finally giving up on the broken zip and changing my dress completely, it was ten minutes past six and now I began to really panic that I was going to be late. After my uber cancelling on me twice I was finally on my way, the only issue was that I hadn't really given any thought to the fact that there would probably be traffic at th...

TAKEN 3- REVIEW

Image
Hey guys, So this evening I will be reviewing 'Taken 3' directed by  Olivier Megaton . I'm pretty excited about this review today as I've been waiting to do this ever since I saw the advertisement two months ago. I've always been a little sceptical when film companies produce sequels because I always tend to find them a disappointment. They are never as good as the first ones and usually start a whole new story, with a different cast. I expect a  sequel to be a follow on from the first movie, so the audience get to find out 'what happened next'.  This was originally my thought when I went to see Taken 2 and I was pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoyed it. After enjoying both Taken and Taken 2, I couldn't wait to see what was in store for me in the third movie.  It did take me a while to finally getting round to watch this, but once I did, I was left intrigued and wanting more.  The movie follows the same idea as both the previous film...

OUIJA FILM REVIEW 2014

Image
Hello beautiful people,  So my next review, which is actually going to be on time for once is for the latest horror film 'Ouija' 2014 directed by Stiles White. My best friend Robyn and I are definitely horror film fans if you haven't already realised, so we were pretty excited by the amount of horrors that were out recently due to Halloween. On Halloween we decided to make a deal that we would go and see every single one and I will be most definitely reviewing all of them. The next on our list will be 'The Babadook', but for now on with my review of 'Ouija'. For people who haven't seen the film yet or who have never heard of it, I'll give you a brief synopsis. A teenagers fascination with the spirit world turns sour, when she connects with a malicious spirit through the Ouija board, which ends with her death. Her devastated best friend Laine Morris played by actress Olivia Cooke, senses that something is not right and goes on a mission to find out ...

ANNABELLE 2014 FILM REVIEW

Image
Hey guys, Today I'm going to be reviewing the latest horror film 'Annabelle' . For people who haven't seen it and are thinking of going, I'll give you a brief synopsis, without spoiling too much. The 2014 film which was directed by John R Leonetti is a spin-off from the 2013 film 'The Conjuring'. It is based around the story of a doll that has been possessed by a spirit named Annabelle and has a taken a shining to it. Annabelle is using the doll as a way of connecting with a young couple in order to try and sacrifice a living soul. I've always been a massive horror film fanatic. I just love the idea of not knowing what will happen next and the thrill of feeling nervous and excited all at the same time. It's such an adrenaline rush. I've also said that my dream acting role would be to perform in a horror film. Every time I watch a horror I usually try and scare my family and friends by jumping out at them when they're in the bathroom or fright...
