Hey guys,  On Tuesday night I went with a family friend to watch the play The Revisionist by Jesse Eisenberg (from Social Network) at The Wallis in Beverly Hills . After previously reading the synopsis I went into the theatre with the knowledge that the play would be focusing on the Holocaust and the destruction it had caused, however, when I actually sat down to watch the show I realised that it was completely different to what I had originally anticipated.  I love watching different types of theatre and being an actress I feel that this is a very important part of research. For the nature of this blog post I will start by reviewing the set design and the writing before moving onto reviewing the acting qualities  (which is my favourite part).  For the set I was extremely impressed with how it was set out. THE BOOK OF MORMON- THEATRE REVIEW

Hello my lovely readers, today I'm going to be reviewing the musical 'The Book of Mormon' from the creators of South Park. The story follows two young Mormons, as they're sent on their missionary to a small village in Northern Uganda. Their aim to bring their religious views to the people didn't quite go as planned, as the village is currently under threat and AID's is quickly spreading throughout the community.  Being in the performing arts industry I have a huge passion for theatre. Apart from my love of classical plays such as William Shakespeare and Oscar Wilde, I really do enjoy a good musical. I heard about this musical a couple of years ago, whilst on a trip in New York, where it was advertised as 'The funniest and most outrageous Musical around'. If it was going to be anything like Avenue Q, I knew I'd love it. As it was my 21st birthday celebration I thought, this would be a great reason to book tickets and who wouldn't want...
